I chose this photo in the hopes of conveying overpopulation in big cities. I wanted to show how in big cities crowding is a problem that they have to deal with. If you take this photo and compare it to one of a less populated, smaller city you will be able to see a big difference. In smaller cities you will be able to see greenery all over but here you on see it in patches in the form of parks while the rest is littered in houses and buildings.
I feel that I was pretty successful in try to convey this image. I think that at first people might just look at and think it’s just a city skyline but if they look at it a bit more they will see how cramped and cluttered the city looks and be able to get the general idea that I was hoping for.
If I were to do this activity again I would probably chose a different media. I feel like photography went well with the idea is was trying to show but if I were to do a different idea it might be more easily conveyed through a different media.
